Scott Dann has been speaking to his move to Coventry City which was concluded late last night.
The 20 year old central defender spoke to Sky Blue World and said: It was quite late and I was at the ground for a few hours trying to get it all sorted.
Thankfully we managed it and I'm delighted to be here/
"I only found out about Coventry's interest a few days ago but as soon as I found out an offer had been made to Walsall yesterday I wanted to come here.
"What the manager had to say that impressed me the most. "We sat down and he told me what he felt I was good at and areas where he believes I can improve. He has big ambitions for the club and that was the main attraction."
"It's the next step-up for me. I can't wait to test myself in the Championship and hopefully improve as a player. "I spoke to Danny (Fox) before I decided to come and he said it's a really good club and he has had no problems settling in since he joined, so I can't wait to get started."
