Former Coventry City loanee Danny Ward has joined Huddersfield Town.
The winger, who played four games for City on loan last season in a deal where the more he played the less City paid his then parent club, has left Bolton Wanderers in a deal reported to be worth £1m.
Ward spent some of last season when he recovered from a hernia injury on loan at Huddersfield and Huddersfield boss Lee Clark is reported as saying: "He's an outstanding player and a good character. "He fitted in really well with the group during his time with us last season, and we all got to know him.
"Danny showed he can both create and score goals, and at his age, we know he will get better still.
"I wanted to add to the wide options we already have, and when the opportunity to bring Danny back came up, it really was a no-brainer."
