Cambridge United have parted company with manager Shaun Derry.
The U's, who lost 3-1 at Coventry City last month in a game where the decisions made by the referee angered Derry, are 14th in the League Two table after last night's 0-0 draw with Lincoln City.
The news was announced after the game but the decision appears to have been made in midweek.
Derry said: "I would like to wish Cambridge United and Paul Barry all the best for the future as he takes over ownership of the Club. I would also like to thank everyone connected to the Club for making the last two years memorable."
Cambridge have said that Joe Dunne and Mark Bonner are in temporary charge of first team affairs.
