Devonish Legs It To Double Victory

Coventry City supporter and Cov Godiva runner Marlon Devonish became the first runner in seventeen years to win the European Trials sprint double.

At the athletics stadium, next door to Manchester City's City of Manchester Stadium, Devonish won the 100m in a time of 10.19 seconds then today just beat Ricky Fifton to take the 200m crown.

Both men were awarded the same time of 20.69 seconds.
