The Greek keeper who has been sidelined with an Achillies injury picked up whilst on his first day on loan at Nottingham Forest last season and is now fighting his way back to full match fitness.
Dimi played the whole of a practice game at Ryton on Thursday at Ryton in which Leon Best scored twice and is expected to feature in reserve team friendlies for the Sky Blues.
Dimi seems destined to be City's third choice keeper and is strongly tipped to be movimg back to his former club Hartlepool United in the January transfer window.
