"I have been a little bit heavy with the players but they know me now and that I don't like to lose as much as the next person," said Coleman to the CT.
"But I think me and my staff have got to give them a lift and get behind them because we were doing very well if I am honest with you, especially considering the size of our squad, up until the last two games and we have just got to get back to what we were doing well.
"We weren't necessarily playing great football but when you look at all the stats we do generally make more passes than the opposition, but we were winning games because we were hard to beat, end of story.
"We were winning a lot of tackles and second balls and had a better shape about us and were working better as a unit.
"For whatever reason, maybe the international break wasn't kind to us and all of a sudden we have got a little bit of a swagger and arrogance and one or two players saying we need to start passing more or we need to do this better or that better.
"But all they need to do is concentrate on what I ask of them individually.
"Get their own jobs in order, like they were doing before, and don't worry about anything else and that's why we were getting results."
