Coventry City manager Andy Thorn has that the players are doing all they can for the football club.
Thorn told Sky Blue Player at the club’s weekly press conference: "We have been really good in training this week and the lads continue to give me full commitment and pushing toward.
"The attitude and commitment of the players has been excellent. I can't fault that side of things at all as they have given me everything and continue to remain positive no matter what.
"We can get out of it as only half a season has gone and the points are there. We are playing good football and we are not going away from what we are doing at all.
"If the players were to drop away and weren't playing right as well as getting beat week in, week out, then there would be problems but that isn't happening. We are all doing our all for this football club."
Speaking about the committment of the younger players such as Conor Thomas, Gael Bigirimana and Cyrus Christie, Thorn added: "They are young and they have had to grow up very quickly this season, in every aspect, on and off the pitch. The senior players and myself are looking after them so they will be alright.
"They have given me absolutely everything and they have surprised me sometimes this season with their fitness and committment so that is good."
