Coventry City manager Iain Dowie is looking st the next block of ten games to help push the team on. Said the City boss, whose side took fifteen points from their opening ten matches, to the CT: "We are looking at the next block of ten games and want to improve on the last ten.
"It won't be easy but we want to get more points from the next group of games than we did from the first group.
Dowie On Upcoming Games
"You have to look to continually improve and the squad will liven up with Kevin Kyle coming back, Leon McKenzie is not too far away and Marcus Hall too, so competition for places ups them a degree.
"It was very frustrating to lose to a last minute goal at Wolves but you have to take the performance overall and it was a very good display. "We go away to Plymouth next and then have Watford and Colchester at home and they are big games for us because we want to be in the top six again and, ideally, up in the top three.
"We are only a point outside the top six after a good start to the season. "It is going to be hectic with four games in ten days but they are great games.
"The West Ham game would be great to sell out at the Ricoh and that's the first time they have been. "The next four games are massive but we are not looking any further than Plymouth, although we have got half an eye on Watford and Colchester because they are key home games."
