Coventry City manager Iain Dowie has spoken about City's league game at Stoke City tomorrow.
He told the club website: "So although we were bitterly disappointed with the manner of the defeat against West Ham, our all round performance was terrific and you just have to take it on the chin and learn from it.

"But we have to stay at that level, particularly this weekend against what is a very strong Stoke side, and I will demand that. "I would say two or three times we haven't played that well but, other than that, I would think we played almost as well as that at Wolves and lost.
"We had one horrendous game at Ipswich - Bristol City, Plymouth and Watford were very poor - but that's about it and we have to iron that out and get rid of it because we want a consistent level of performance every time.
"We have had chats about it in the last week or so and the response from the players has been excellent."
"I think Tony (Pulis) is a good manager and knows what he is doing in this division. It looks like he's teeing up a few transfer deals on loan before the window opens in the New Year and he has built a big and powerful side who can cause more than a few problems.
"We have to make sure we cope with that but at the same time make sure we play out football. It's a difficult place to go but they have had a couple of up and down results of late and we have to capitalise on that."
