Dowie's D-Day

Coventry City manager Iain Dowie will today have the unenviable task of announcing which players he will offer contracts to and those he will release. The second year trainees will no longer be able to play for the U18's next season and Dowie will have to decide on which players have impressed him in the short time that he has been at the club.

Those who contracts are up for renewal are:

Academy players Cameron Belford, Dale Jones,Ange Lourougnon, Lee Hildreth,Chris Duggan and David Burtoft.

Reserve teamers: Ryan Lynch, Ben Turner and Liam Davis

First teamers who are out of contract at the end of the season are: Andy Whing,Stuart Giddings,Marcus Hall,Don Hutchison,Colin Cameron,Robert Page,Isaac Osbourne,Dele Adebola.

Luke Steele's loan from West Brom also expires at the end of the season as do the deals for Aaron Lee Barrett,Adam Virgo, Che Bunce and Khali Fadiga.
