The Annual Castrol LMA European Managers and Coaches Survey has seen managers calling for the scrapping of the transfer window.
69% of those who responded to the survey said that the current dates for the transfer windows were not the most suitable and 66% said there should be no transfer window.
The managers, who responded to the survey, also called for more substitutes to be used during, a reduction in the number of international friendlies in a season, increased sanctions for offences and unsporting behaviour during a game, but which are only identified afterwards, the handball law requiring further clarification and a Professional referee training academy,
