Coventry City Council Leader George Duggins has said that Sisu had better shape up or ship out after Sisu lost their appeal against the Judicial Review.
Duggins told the Coventry Telegraph: “My view is that it is now up to Sisu to mend the relationships they have broken with the city council and a whole raft of other people.
“Sisu should shape up or ship out, it’s as simple and straightforward as that.
“Sisu now have to ask not what Coventry can do for them, but what they can do for Coventry.”
The City Council will now look to get back the money the case has cost them and Duggins said: “The first judicial review is dead and buried. They’ve lost, the Supreme Court won’t hear it.
“There’s no case to answer in law and I don’t believe there ever was.
“We have been awarded costs for three court cases and we will look to claim back the costs we have incurred.”
