Coventry City striker Freddie Eastwood has expressed his thanks to manager Chris Coleman for keeping faith in him.
It took until Saturday for Eastwood to score his first home goal for the Sky Blues and a relieved Eastwood said to the CT: "I think the manager has been more patient with me than anyone this season.
"He spent a lot of money on me and has probably given me more chances than anyone else.
"He has said all along that I am the right player for him and, luckily for me, he has given me chance after chance because at any other club, if you are not scoring, you are on the bench."
"It is a weight off my shoulders but the manager has never put me under any pressure," Eastwood added.
"He knows, and has always said to me, that I am a natural finisher but that I just haven't had any luck.
