Coventry Sphinx FC celebrate their 70th Anniversary next year and as part of this celebration they are having a Evening With Bobby Gould on February 27th..
Bobby Gould is a Sky Blue legend who was born Coventry and played for his hometown club making his debut at 16. He scored 42 in 82 games and helped them lift the old second division title in 1966/7.
In total he made 440 league appearances for various clubs scoring 160 goals.
He managed the Sky Blues in 1983 and again in 1992 until 1993 he then went on to manage the Welsh national side.
He is now a regular presenter and pundit on talkSPORT Radio, and appears each Friday on the Andy Goldstein Sports Bar programme, where he is colloquially known as "The Gouldfather".
