First City League Trip To Notts County Since 1992

Coventry City make their first trip to Notts County for a league game on Saturday for the first time since the sides were in the top flight in 1991/92.

A Kenny Sanson own goal, gave Notts County a 1-0 win on Saturday April 11th 1992.

Since then, the last time City played at Meadow Lane was in a friendly on Sunday July 23rd 2006. The Sky Blues won 2-0 with goals from Stern John (46) and Gary McSheffrey (71) in front of a crowd of 1602.

City have played 15 league and cup matches at Meadow Lane but have only won two of them with three draws. City's two wins were on August 29th 1963 with a 3-0 win and a 2-0 win on August 19th 1950.
