Coventry City Chairman Tim Fisher spoke on TalkSport today
Mr Fisher said: "We have to look after our business hire a new manager, get some players there is a budget and some players may be leaving we have a mid league one to lower budget in excess of £2m but lower than £3m.
"There is a dislocation between what the owners want and what the supporters want.
"This year we will show a profit of £1m. My mandate is to run this club at break even.
"The football club will try and improve our communication with our supporters. Shouting out SISU Out is pointless, sisu are not at games.
"Sisu are a hedge fund, an investment vehicle that invested upwards of £70m. If i am running this on a break even basis they are going to make money
"You would not bother buying Coventry City you would bother with the heart ache. Owners come owners go fans are the mainstay my job is to balance the club on behalf of the supporters.
There is nothing to sell
We are looking to relocate the academy we are trying to find a short term home as we are trying to relocate the training ground and academy.
We have to be mindful about the people who just want to come and watch football
My message is get behind the team the supporters are the salt of the earth.
