Former Coventry City player Kevin Foley has signed for Isthmian League side Billericay.
Foley was signed by Russell Slade but looked clearly off the pace and was not offered a new deal by Mark Robins.
The former Republic Of Ireland International joins Jermaine Pennant at the Essex based side.
