Football League Host Awards

The Football League hosted their annual awards tonight at The Brewery in London.

The 2013 awards winners are as follows:

The npower Fan of the Year award went to Exeter City supporter Neil Le Milliere, beating Coventry City supporter Pat Raybould and Derby County supporter Nick Webster.

The Football League Family Club of the Year for 2013 was Cardiff City who also won the award in 2011. AFC Bournemouth were the League One family club with Plymouth Argyle the League 2 winners.

The The LFE Apprentice of the Year for League 2 is Barnet FC apprentice George Sykes.

The LFE Apprentice of the Year for League 1 is Hartlepool United's  Luke James.

The LFE Apprentice of the Year for the Championship is Nottingham Forest's Dimitar Evtimov.

The FootballManager Outstanding Managerial Achievement award went to Bradford City boss Phil Parkinson. https://twitter.com/football_league/status/315936046963642369/photo/1

The Perform Group Best Use of Digital Award went to Swindon Town.

The Tokio Marine Unsung Hero Award went to Millwall's Billy Neill.  Also nominated were John Harriss of AFC Bournemouth and Peter Rhoades-Brown of Oxford United.

The PFA Player in the Community for 2013 is Brighton & Hove Albion's Inigo Calderon.

The Capital One UK Credit To The Game Award went to Coventry kid Graham Alexander.

The Mitre Goal Of The Year went to Nottingham Forest's Simon Cox.

The Coca-Cola Community Club of the Year went to Charlton Athletic, who were the winners of clubs schemes in the South East. (Derby County had won the Midlands Award)

The Johnstones Paint Young Player Of The Year was Blackpool's Thomas Ince. Also nominated were Matej Vydra of Watford and Wilfried Zaha of Crystal Palace.

The League 1 Player Of The Year was AFC Bournemouth's Matt Richie. Coventry City's Leon Clarke was nominated as was Alan Judge of Notts County.

The Championship Player Of The Year went to Watford’s Matej Vydra. As he was on international duty, Watford boss Gianfranco Zola picked up the award on his behalf.
