Coventry City manager Steven Pressley has said that football clubs in England need to starting addressing their prices.
Quite a few supporters have baulked at the prices being charged by City for 21 game season tickets and match tickets and there are concerns that attendances will start to drop off as soon as the return to the Ricoh novelty wears off.
Speaking about prices, City boss Steven Pressley told the Coventry Telegraph's James Rodger and Alan Poole at this morning's press conference: "Our ticket prices are lower than Premier League but football is a costly thing to follow. We want to attract supporters back continuously.
"They addressed ticket prices in Germany and the whole industry needs to do that in a England too."
However, the astute City boss knows that the best way to get City supporters into the Ricoh Arena is by winning matches and being successful and he said: "If we stay unbeaten and keep the momentum, our fans will come back.
"The supporters of this club have been starved of success. We want to push at the top end of the table"
