Former Coventry City loanee James Sterry has joined Crewe Alexandra on loan.
Sterry, did well during his twenty game loan spell at the Ricoh Arena whilst on loan from Newcastle United on 2016/2017 and was loaned to Crewe last season, making nine appearances.
The defender has had three starts in cup competitions for Newcastle's first team, playing in the Carabao Cup defeat to Nottingham Forest and in the FA Cup Third Round and replay against Blackburn Rovers.
Sterry has joined Crewe for the rest of the season on loan.
