Former Coventry City loanee Dean Holdsworth is to stay as an ambassador of Bolton Wanderers.
Holdsworth and Ken Anderton have agreed to transfer ownership of Sports Shields BWFC Limited to Inner Circle Investments Ltd.
As part of this deal, Holdsworth will stay on as a club ambassador.
