Former City Midfielder Arrested On Suspected Drink Driving

Former Coventry City mdifielder Michael O'Neill was arrested on Sunday for suspected drunk driving.

The Northern Ireland manager was stopped eastbound on the A720 at about 00.55 BST on Sunday, arrested and charged on suspicion of drink sriving and is due to appear at Edinburgh Sheriff's Court on 10th October.

In a statement, the Irish Football Association said it was "aware of an alleged drink-driving incident involving Michael O'Neill".

The IFA added that it was a "police matter" and would make no further comment,
