Former Coventry City player Laurent Delorge has been found guilty of matchfixing.
As a Lierse SK player, the Belgian accepted some bribes to influence games between 2004 and 2006.
Delorge and a few other players were sentenced to a probational 10 months imprisonment on Friday at a court in Brussels with the 34 year old, who made thirty appearances for the Sky Blues ordered to pay a fine over 3000 euros.
The centrepiece in this scandal, Chinese Zheyun Ye, has been sentenced to 5 years in prison with Belgian Paul Put, who was Lierse coach at the time, has to serve two years in prison.
Delorge played in The Netherlands for ADO Den Haag, Ajax and Roda JC. Last season he was promoted with the Ajax amateurs to the Dutch Topklasse.
