Former Coventry City youngster Shaun Jeffers has signed for National League South side Chelmsford City.
The striker, who made six appearances for City, was released by Yeovil Town and has also played for Cheltenham Town, Cambridge United, Peterborough United and Newport County.
Jeffers impressed in two pre-season games and will be in Chelmsford's squad to face Truro City on Saturday.
