Swindon Town coach Luke Williams has said that his side were lucky to keep a clean sheet in the 1-0 win over Coventry City.
Williams told the Swindon Advertiser about the game which was settled by a late Kasim goal; “I think we were fortunate at times to keep a clean sheet.
“That’s why we brought Lawrence (Vigouroux) here, to get us out of trouble when we needed it pulled out of the bag.
“The players looked fit and the longer the game went on the more powerful we looked and we were able to find space and get behind the line.
“It was a very warm day. It is a big pitch, we move the ball a lot, there is a lot of ground to cover to try and keep us out.
“Coventry were very good, they kept it very compact. They had five players across the back which made it very difficult for us to get behind them.
“The longer the game went on, there were openings, there was space, we seemed to be able to find our way into the box and ultimately it paid off.”
