Coventry City Manager Andy Thorn said that there are at least four or five players that he likes.
“I just can’t wait to get my teeth into it,” said Thorn to the CT's Andy Turner..
“We obviously can’t operate with the transfer embargo but everyone is aware of that and that’s being dealt with.
“I have looked at how I want to restructure it and players I want to bring in, and we’re talking about players who will make us a better and stronger team.
“It doesn’t mean we have to spend more money, it means we are able to bring bodies in that will improve us. All at a good age for the re-building of the club.
“There are four or five that I like and that I’ve liked for a while. They are players that want to come to play for this football club because it’s Coventry City and they know what we’re trying to do.
“We can look at Southampton, Norwich, Leicester – they all went down and have come back and we can do the same.
“This season we were short in numbers and in one specific area which stands out, and all the stats tell you that, so that will definitely be addressed but I think we’ll definitely come back stronger and fresher.
“We’ll have new faces and I want everyone to talk about the club in a positive way again.”
