Northamptonshire County Council have announced that there will be one thousand free parking places when there are matches at Sixfields involving either Coventry City or Northampton Town and at Northampton Saints Rugby Club's Franklyn Gardens.
The Northampton Chronicle are reporting that "The Claret Car Park on Edgar Mobbs Way will be open on selected match days for Cobblers, Saints and Sky Blues fans to minimise traffic disruption for residents."
