Coventry City will be without John Fleck for this afternoon's game at Southend United.
City, who have stopped overnight at a Holiday Inn, in preparation for this game, have Fleck suspended for two matches for reaching ten cautions.
Gael Bigirimana is expected to replace the Scot in midfield, although the City boss could give a place in the squad to Andy Rose, who has done well in two U21's games and to former Republic Of ireland international Stephen Hunt.
Southend have injury concerns about defender Adam Thompson and their captain John White.
They are expected to give a debut to Sam McQueen who has joined on loan from Southampton.
