"I have seen this group of players up against the best in the league and play better against them. But I have also seem them against teams in and around us and we have not competed. "That's a flaw in our character that needs to be eradicated.," said Coleman to Andy Turner from the CT.
"It is pointless me saying "top half,top half", because we have got to have a willingness and desire and not think that just because we have beaten one of the big teams we are all right.
"I am not going to say we are so many points away form this or that. That's twice now we have gone to big teams and played better than them and in the very next game fallen flat on our faces.
"The last game is done and dusted and we need another one to be hungry for the next three points, which is something we never had against Palace on Saturday."
