Currently, two bids have been received with a third expected and Dowie is hoping that if this is completed, cash can be made available to him to spend on loan players or in the January Transfer Window.
"I don't think money from the Manchester United game will filter down and we have got another live home game which will all add into the pot but I believe that will service the bank," said Dowie to the CT.
"So I want this take-over to be sorted because this is a key time to push on. "That's a frustration to me and the longer it goes on the harder it becomes."
