Coventry kid Stuart Giddings has praised Steve Staunton and Richard Shaw for helping him adjust to life in the City's first team.
He told the CET: "I have have looked up to Stan and Richard Shaw who are good players with a lot of experience and they are always happy to help me out and talk to me to help my game.
"It is brilliant playing in the team and getting a good run but I know I have got to keep working hard to keep my place. "It is a good achievement to be playing in the first team ahead of anyone, but especially Stan who I know is there and ready to get back in the team when the chance comes.
"But he has been great and is always giving advice about what I am doing wrong and what I can improve on, and I find that really helpful and always listen to him."
