Good Form Helps Rebuilding - Adams

Micky Adams has said that the good form will make the rebuilding of the team easier.

Speaking to the CET, Adams who has already spoken to the players he will not be keeping said: "We were at one stage this season called the worst team and I was the worst manager they had ever seen, so we wanted to get past that 51 points and the quicker we did it the better.

"We are not going to get relegated and we want to push on now and get as many points as we can because there is going to be a re-building job, to some degree, to attract better players to the club.

"The facilities are here now and if prospective players can see a team that is pushing in the top half of the table rather than the bottom, it will help me do that.

"We have been in the doldrums for far too long but at long last people are talking about the team and how we can improve it rather than worrying about the finances."
