The European Championship Qualifiers on Tuesday night proved to be good for some former Coventry City players.

Former Coventry City forward Robbie Keane played for 63 minutes of the Republic Of Ireland's 1-1 draw with Germany at the Stadion Gelsenkirchen. Former City keeper Keiren Westwood was an unused substitute.

Northern Ireland managed by former City midfielder Michael O'Neill pulled off their third successive win in the Euro Qualifiers as his side, which had former City loanee Oliver Norwood play the whole game, won 2-0 in Greece. Former City captain Sammy Clingan was an unused substitute.

Gordon Strachan's Scotland side drew 2-2 in Poland.

The only former City player who did not have a good night was Kasper Schmeichel. The former City loanee conceded a late goal to Christiano Ronaldo to see Denmark lose 1-0 to Portugal.
