Coventry City Coach Steve Harrison has said that there is a good rapport between the players and coaches during the club’s pre-season training in Portugal.
Speaking about the training so far this week, Harrison told Sky Blue Player: "The lads have been doing well. The concentration levels have been good, they've come back 100 per cent fit and alot of the work has been based around football.
"It's not just the work though. It's also a good bonding exercise, morale is very good, but they are still working very hard physically and they are applying themselves excellently.
"It's nice to be somewhere like here because you are all one, you are all on site, everybody mixes and it builds that team spirit and it shows.
"As a result the work is hard, but it's tidy and it's relaxed because of the rapport between the players and the coaches and for me that's the only way you can work.
"There are no prima donnas here, every one of the lads works hard for each other and pushes each and you can see they put some decent work in. It's Premier Division stuff out here which is where we want to be."
