Coventry City loanee Frank Nouble has said that it was great to stop the rot with a win over Peterborough United.
Speaking to Tom Bloomfield, Nouble, who scored the winner for City with a 64th minute lob which went over Ben Alnwick's head, said: "That was massive,we can use this as the turning point of our season. We left everything out there, we did everything we could that second half, and we got the result.
"It has been frustrating watching the boys play, but I'm glad to be back with a bang.
"I just want to help in any way I can. If I can get the goals to move this football club forward then that's what I want to do.
"We just had to turn around what's been happening recently, as the current form was embarrassing.
"But everyone played great that second half. Our current form was embarrassing, so it's great to stop the rot."
