Football Finance expert Brendan Guilfoyle has said that administration is a lot better for the existence of Coventry City.
City will only lose ten points if they are placed in to administration by the High Court on March 22nd but would probably drop deep into the non-league if the main company was placed into liquidation.
Speaking to the Coventry Telegraph's Martin Bagot, Mr Guilfoyle said; "An experienced administrator would hopefully find a way for the club to fulfill its fixtures and a buyer.
"As far as I can see, ACL have moved because the club keeps threatening liquidation. Administration is a more positive development in terms of keeping the club in existence."
