Having spent most of the summer training with Northampton Town, former Coventry City stalwart Marcus Hall has finally signed a one year deal with them.
Northampton Town manager Ian Sampson hailed Hall as a 'first-class professional' and told the Cobblers website: "Getting a player like Marcus in is a big boost for us."
Hall had two spells with his home town club Coventry City, the first from 1994 to 2002 and the second from 2005 to 2010, making 300 appearances.
Hall has never attracted a fee when he moved from one club to another. All of his transfers have been free.
