The wingman, who now has the freedom to take on players, played well against Portsmouth last Saturday and set up the second goal for Freddy Eastwood. Although, he only played for 67 minutes on Tuesday night, Bell was the best City player on show in the 2-0 defeat to Morecambe.
Speaking to Sky Blue Player, Bell said: "We feel like we can beat anybody at home so it's just a case of building thaty momentum and keeping it consistent and if we can compliment that with picking up a few points away from I think we could have a great season.
"I have been playing a litle bit of catch up to be honest because I missed some of pre-season but it was good to play most of the game against Morecambe and I'm feeling fitter all of the time.
"I've been happy with my form so far and we will be going to Watford looking to score goals because it's obviously been great to start the league campaign in the way we have."
