Former Blackpool striker Marlon Harewood, who had been touted as a possible Marlon King replacement at Coventry City, could be off to China.
The 31 year old striker has been offered a deal by Blackpool, but can leave on a free transfer following their relegation from the Premier League last season.
He has been linked to a host of clubs including Millwall, Reading and Notts County, but the Mirror Online is reporting that Harewood has had a medical with Chinese club Shenzhen Phoenix, who play in the Chinese second tier after being relegated from the Chinese Super League last season, and has been offered a lucrative six month deal.
