Coventry City defender Cian Harries has said that he is happy to be on loan at Cheltenham Town.
The Wales U19 international has joined the National League Premier division side until February 6th and tweeting about his loan, Harries wrote: "Happy to have joined @CTFCofficial on loan. Looking forward to getting started, thanks for all the messages"
Cheltenham Town boss Gary Johnson said to the Gloucestershire Echo: "Coventry have got really high hopes for young Cian and were just looking for the right opportunity to get him out to play some games.
"There are not many tall left-sided centre halves around and that was the player that I was ideally looking for – it was the club in the golf bag that I didn't have.
"Cian can play as a left-sided centre-back in a two or a three, as a left back or even as a deep holding player in midfield and he looks to have some real ability."
"With getting any young player on board on loan, it's about getting the timing right. "Cian may be young, but he's ahead of his years confidence wise.
"He didn't look nervous at all in his first training session and wasn't afraid to throw himself into things and also take things on board.
