Higgs Trust Save Art Galley Project

The Alan Higgs Trust has bailed out the Herbert Art Gallery with a three miilion loan to ensure that revedelopment of one of the City's treasures can be go ahead.

City Council chiefs had been stalling on the plans due to the costs,but City Director Sir Derek Higgs stepped in on behalf of the Alan Higgs Trust to save the day.
