Seb Hines has admitted that he enjoyed playing for Coventry City U21's against Nottingham Forest.
Hines, who is back after treatment for a hamstring injury, told Matt Joyce: "It's great to be back after a long time.
"I'm used to getting mentally ready to come back and it was a good test, I was pleased to get 90 minutes and to just get back out there, I've missed it.
"You are judged on games, so it was another chance for me to sort of put myself back in the mix. Whether it be playing for the Under 21s or the first team, I will always give 110%. Obviously I want to get back in the first-team and hopefully I can work my way back."
