A formal bid has been made by Gary Hoffman and his consortium.
It is understood that the bid is again for £1, a sum which was initially rejected by Ken Dulieu, his board and owners SISI as well as taking on the existing debts which sees every thing including borrowing money against season tickets in an attempt to raise funds.
However, Saturday's protests plus the phone-call campaign and the visit to SISU by supporters may persuade the owners that they would be best cutting their losses and relinquishing their control of the club which has no long term future under their tenure.
