Diamond Day, Celebrating The Queen’s Diamond Jubilee at The Lower Precinct Sunday 3rd June from 11.00am to 4.00pm...In Association with Touch FM and Brody Swain.
Her Majesty’s reign is full of history, and the same can be said for The Lower Precinct, it was there when Queen Elizabeth II came to the throne, and it’s still very much a part of Coventry and the city centre now.
So celebrate with The Lower Precinct in the company of Brody Swain and Touch FM, with a full day of FREE events, including our very special guest FA Cup Winner Keith Houchen. Plus live bands with music of the decades, there’s Freeman Dance performing 'Gangsters', history displays, school displays, iconic cars, all topped off with a very special fashion show from the retailers of the Lower Precinct.
On the day we want you to wear your Coventry City FC top with pride, it can be the oldest one or it can have a great story to it or be unique in some way, the best one wins a prize!!
