Hughes Injury Not As Bad As Feared

The injury to Stephen Hughes sustained late on in the victory over Nottingham Forest,is not as bad as many feared. Hughes is having a scan today and early signs look good for Hughes returning before the end of the season.

Meanwhile, Dean Leacock's loan at Highfield Road has been ended. The defender was signed as cover and won himself a stay at Highfield Road for the rest of the season. However, a leg injury and then a family problem saw him miss matches. Now a back injury has ruled him out and Leacock who made twelve (plus one sub) apperances for the first team and two for the reserves, has returned to London.
