Stephen Hughes is to consider all his options in the summer before he will commit to a Sky Blue future.
The popular midfielder and stand in keeper told the CET: "I have done OK this year and there are a few other options that I know of and I need to sit down and think about them all before making a decision. "The manager spoke to me a few days ago and said the chairman wants to keep me so I will just wait to see what I decide in the summer.
"I think with a couple of new signings Coventry could really push on but it is well documented that we haven't really got any money to add too much and with so many players out of contract I would be surprised if all those out of contract stay. "So I will be watching that as well and that will come into my thoughts when deciding my future."
When asked why he had been taken off during the defeat at Crewe. Hughes said: "You will have to ask the manager why he took me off. I was gutted."
