Jacob Murphy has said that he is ready to fill the void left by the injury to James Maddison for Coventry City.
Murphy, who is on a season long loan from Norwich City, told the Coventry Telegraph's Andy Turner: “I have been biding my time and waiting for my opportunity.
“It’s a shame that opportunity came in these circumstances but I had to be ready when called upon. I contributed with a goal and hopefully I can show more in the next game, if selected.
“It’s a shame James got injured so early in the game because he plays an important role on the team and keeps things ticking up the pitch, he's a great player for us” he said.
“We have got a really talented group of young boys in attack who could go really far in the game, and he’s one of them.”
