Coventry City defender Richard Keogh has said that he likes to get forward whenever the chance arises.
The full back signed from Carlisle United did that early on in the friendly last night against Nuneaton Town and told Sky Blue Player: "I like to get forward and get involved, I see myself as an aggressive attacking full back and it was great to finally be able to pull on a Sky Blues shirt and try to show some of the fans what I am about.
"I'm really looking forward to the start of the season because I want to do well for this club and that starts by ticking all of the boxes in pre-season.
"Nuneaton were very well organised and did well to frustrate us at times by getting behind the ball but the friendly games come thick and fast now and match fitness is the most important thing.
"You can do all the running in the world but there is no substitute for games so I'm just looking forward to the next one."
