Coventry City caretaker Andy Thorn felt his team were exceptional in their win over Portsmouth on Tuesday night.
Speaking to Sky Blue Player about the 3-0 victory, Thorn said: "I thought we were exceptional tonight. We did everything we have been working on and everything fell into place. There was some fantastic performances out there and we deserved that result," he said.
"We've had a tough period. We've had four away games out of five and we've done well to go and pick up the points.
"It was a terrific outcome tonight and I said in the dressing room to the lads that on Saturday we're going home and it's time to put on a performance for everyone at the Ricoh. We want everyone to see us at the Ricoh.
"What we've been doing and what we have been working on is starting to work now. Everyone believes in it and now in our last five games we play the likes of Millwall, Reading and Norwich, so it will be a test of how far we have come because I think we've come a long way."
