Coventry City U18's coach and Reserve Team Boss Lee Carsley has said that he wants to be a manager.
Carsley who is making the move from playing to management appear seemless said to the CT. "There are a lot of things I don't know and a lot more I've got to be better at.
"But I'd much rather start near the bottom of the ladder so that I can mould a team together without being judged too much on results and learn from the mistakes I make along the way.
"I want to be a manager. I started doing my coaching badges quite early so I have all the qualifications. It's just a matter of learning my trade, starting here with the under-18s and the reserves.
"I've always thought that I'm good at football, I understand football, so why would I want to go and own a pub?"
